Missing Compensation for Launch Date EA App Problems

Hello,

I have been contacting EA Help since the compensation for the game being unplayable was announced (missing Downloadable Content bug). I still have not received this compensation (10 XP boosters of 2 different types and free Battlepass access for S2, I bought the phantom edition). Michael Ray A. at EA help suggested posting here. How do I receive this compensation? I don't understand why I was not included. I tried to play the game as soon as it launched on October 10th, couldn't play for 5-6 hours until EA issued a patch that fixed the issue. Also, why are EA help not allowed to issue this compensation themselves? It takes a week to get a response from them.
