The emails for daily login rewards are placed at the bottom, and there is no notification for new emails. As a result, even though I log in every day, I cannot receive the due rewards. I hope to get compensation and have the mechanism changed so that the rewards are automatically received upon login instead of requiring manual collection.
When I noticed I got the day 5 reward message, there was no notification and the message claimed to have been sent a week ago, which was before the game launched.
I too have been logging in daily since launch and it doesn't appear any of the rewards are being credited to my account.
Also in a similar case, my challenge completion is not rewarding me in-game boosters.
I only received "Tank-ful" Dog Tag despite logged and played every day (Don't know if I got all boosters, because some unlocked naturally through assignments). These rewards are still missing:
