Missing Season 1 Battlefield Pro instant rewards after purchase

Hi,

I play Battlefield 6 on PC via Steam.

I bought Battlefield 6 on Steam and later purchased the “Season 1 Battlefield Pro – Battlefield 6 and REDSEC” bundle with real money. Since then, the Season 1 Pro Battle Pass instant rewards that should unlock immediately with this bundle are still missing or locked in my Loadouts, even though the Battle Pass tiers show as unlocked.

I have already:
– restarted game and PC multiple times,
– logged out / in on Steam and EA,
– played several full matches,
– verified game files and cleared EA App cache,
– confirmed that the Steam transaction was successful,
– waited more than 24 hours.

EA Support confirmed to me via email that this is a known issue and that they have escalated my case as a bug, but they also said they cannot manually adjust player data due to server automation.

Please:
– confirm that my account is correctly flagged as affected by this bug,
– confirm that once the fix is deployed, all missing Season 1 Pro rewards will be retroactively granted to my account,
– and clarify if there will be any compensation for players who paid for “instant” rewards that remained unavailable for an extended period.
