Missing unlocks with BF Pro

Man this looks so unfair for you and really bad for EA why aren't they fixing this, it's like top priority stuff to get fixed ASAP. You bought bp and nothing unlocks... Their skin unlocking system is broken 100% (sometimes it unlocks skins sometimes it keeps the skins locked after purchases or claimed rewards like in twitch), it is definitely not functioning how it is supposed to. Looks very similar to claimed twitch drops and they show the same way as in your images "Locked".
