No pre-order compensation received

It has been weeks since the promised compensation for EA app pre-orders. I am still to receive anything. Purchasing the game to play on release day to be met with an error saying I need to purchase the game is such a massive blunder. Then to not receive the promised compensation is even more ridiculous. Get it sorted EA!
