No UI, Can't Play Anymore, Mid Match (Winter)

Didn't know how to tag it, went with "freezing."

Winter Offensive > Domination.  I died and tried to change my loadout right before death (I think it was while I was dead) and it made all of my UI disappear and I couldn't spawn.

Another player, in the match before that, said the exact same thing happened, in text chat.  2 people, 2 matches in a row, it happened.  I couldn't even hear gunshots near my death location (shown.)  Here's the picture.  Thanks!
