Not received compensation after Day 1 outage.

As with others, did not manage to play on release day due to the issue playing EA ap users. I did however manage to load a portal server but immediately crashed. 

I believe this has tainted data set that developers are working with. 

I feel I should still be entitled to the same compensation as everyone else as the error still persisted. 

I attach a EA support chat message that said that this has been reported as a potential bug. 

Please upvote if in the same situation.
