Phantom Edition XP Boosters & EA Play Rewards Missing

Has anyone experienced this? I have contacted EA Support and they just tell me to make a forum post (which is ridiculous). 

I bought Phantom Edition physical at GameStop, entered the code, got the skins but no XP Boosters.

I also subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, which includes EA Play, and I am not receiving the EA Play Rewards. 

Any help?
