Re: BF6 “Purchase to Unlock” / “Not Installed” Message

Im in the same boat. Cant play the game. I am trying to reinstall now. 

tried it and downloaded it twice!!! started the game, waited ages, still the same problem. I assume it is **bleep**ed up and it will take time.

same here. EA takes the money and ***** it up.

The issue is def wide spread. Steam is fine but EA Desktop is not detecting the files. Please act urgently

Nothing works. ive reinstalled the whole game. we'll have to wait until they find the bug

This is the same exact problems I'm having. I hope they find a solution quick. I took off work for this launch. Now I'm staring at a game I purchased and cant play lol.

Been through that queue three times now. Guessing I'll have too much time in game for a refund....

I've done the reinstall and repair 4 or 5 times now and nothing. It's looking Like an EA app issue. all my steam buddies are having no issues

It says buy even though I bought it, did we get scammed by buying it from EA app?

SAME , BUT THE WHITE LISTED STREAMERS ARE PLAYING AS WE SPEAK , THATS ALL THAT REALLY MATTERS RIGHT

i'm having same issue. As stated here  by the admin its an issue they are trying to resolve, a bit of patience and in no time they will lunch a fix , im sure of it

I am glad that I finally checked the "Forums" as I have been trying for over 5 hours to get the game to load and I am getting the same exact screens as posted.
