i would say this is a win, for now. it seems like they are actually looking into it according to a few agents. the way she said literally seems like shes being honest🤣

Thanks for the update man. Yeah it makes no sense, now we have to create a whole new thread for that. They aren't realizing how critical this bug actually is. I hope maybe we get a patch tomorrow or next week - it should have been fixed 10 years ago.
and i feel like im going crazy. ive asked my friends and they say “na it works for me” NO IT DOESNT. you searching for some other **bleep**. and then people also blame it on the player count or time of day. AGAIN NO. its the bots not the players. yoh sorry im seriously so frustrated with EA😭genuinely makes me not lus to play anymore
