Has nobody gotten a real response from EA Support? I still haven't received a reply to my PM to the Community Manager... so either we're being ignored or maybe they went on vacation after the release? I'm trying to be hopeful... but we'll see. If nothing by the end of this weekend, we'll have to assume we were trolled.
