If you were affected and still haven't received the promised compensation, let your voice be heard!

Head over to the Battlefield 6 Metacritic.
Share your experience with how EA handled the launch and compensation situation – don't hesitate to call out how they've been ignoring customers.
Give them a score of 0 or 1 to show just how frustrating this has been.

Maybe, if enough of us leave honest reviews, someone in EA management will finally notice and take action. The more feedback, the better!

    Dear EA Team,

    I’m reaching out because I was affected by the “Not Installed Error” issue during the Battlefield 6 launch on October 10th, which prevented me from playing the game on release day.

    EA announced that affected players would receive compensation for this issue. However, I still haven’t received anything on my EA Connect inbox. I have already submitted two support tickets about this, but only received automated replies stating that the problem was resolved and that the rewards should now be available — unfortunately, they are not.

    Please look into my account and ensure that the promised compensation is delivered. I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this, as I’ve been waiting since launch.
