Hello,

like a lot of people I preordered Battlefield 6 on the EA App and was not able to play for more then 6 hours.

EA made a PR post telling us we would be compensated with 12 60 min Career Boosters and 12 60 min Hardware Boosters and we should receive access to the Battle Pass as well.

To this day and after opening a ticket this is what I got and obviously I did not get any of the promised compensation.

In this screenshot they told me many players had the same issue and they would address it.

The answers switched between German and English a few times, i even got an answer in a language I can not understand.

This one is in German and they told me after they checked my case I would have a claim to the compensation and they would to their best to help with my issue, but in the next sentence they say all affected players already got their compensation.

This is not true since I did not get anything, the only person I know who also preordered on the EA App and could not play for more then 6 hours did not get anything and a lot of the players on the EA Forum and reddit did not get anything too.

This is the last one I received this morning and my case got closed after this one.

It is in German and they told me their will not be any compensation since all affected players already got their compensation ( this is obviously not true ) and could not add the compensation even if they would try.

Most likely cause the entire process was automated and this is the problem.

I was also told to get into contact with them by reopening my case but the only thing I get after I submit the information and click on the reopen my case button is a permanent loading screen.

I was never able to get a useful conversation with any of them and all of the answers and switching between languages gave me the impression I would only try to have a conversation with a KI-Bot.

In my opinion everyone who preordered on the EA App was most likely affected by the launch problems and should get the compensation.

I do not think any of us will get the compensation any more but I just want to share my experience and make sure people do not forget how EA treat their costumers.

I do not know if the problem is with EA or the battlefield studio but I will not spent a single penny on battlefield 6 or anything else EA offers, even if I like the game a lot after I was finally able to play it.
