Rendezook Dog Tag Reward BUGGED


Dear EA , I was asked by the EA Support Team to come post this here...

I spent hours trying to complete the Rendezook challenge, eventually pulled it off but the Dogtag was not rewarded. I sent a recording to EA Support of the Rendezook (done on an official Conquest server). They confirmed it is a bug and they cant reward the tag from their side but my case was documented with the technical team and I should post here to escalade the fix.

I'm not willing to spent hours to try this again... just for it to be bugged still.
I feel I have wasted so much time (many hours) trying to achieve this. I've seen posts with the same issue dating back days. Funny how this is not fixed yet.

    I got told the exact same thing, to come post here and that they could not manually reward the dogtag from their side (although they could in BF3,4,1)… I feel we will not get backdated the dogtag which is frustrating after hours of trying and a bit of luck…

    I feel your frustration. At this point there is no reason to reattempt this. 

    Ive been attempting more Rendezooks (on official servers) and can confirm its bugged for all scenarios.

    • Helicopter (Filled with enemy Bots)
    • Helicopter (Filled with enemy Players)
    • Jet (Filled with enemy Player) 

    Tried scenarios of landing on the aircraft and running back to the front and entering the seat (midair) as well as landing directly into the seat after the Rendezook kill.
    All no avail. No unlock triggered.

    Still bugged after Season 1 update...
    Performed x1 Rendezook against Jet - Enemy Player (official Conquest)

    Dear EA,

    I have completed the Rendezook accolade four times on Operation Firestorm (Escalation) since 4th of January. The most recent completion was four days ago. Each time, I reported the issue to EA Support, but so far there has been no proper response. I truly believe that, having completed it four times, I deserve to receive at least one Rendezook dog tag.

    In all cases I destroyed an enemy heli and succefully got back to the ject I enjected (of course).
