Rendezook DT bugged?

I finally pulled of the ol' zook last night but never got the tag for it? Jumped out of jet, rpg'd a helo, and got back in all in mid air but never got the thing to pop up saying I got it. Watched a few videos last night of other guys getting it doing it the exact same way on both helos and another jet and they got it. Just wondering if its bugged or if I didnt do it right somehow?
