Still no compensation for EA App launch issue

Hey all,

I pre-ordered the phantom edition on the EA App and couldn't play the game on launch.

There was a promise that we'll get a compensation for that (various boosts and battle pass for free). However after quite a few mails with the support I still did not receive any compensation. Today I got a mail that said that the compensation should be available now but sadly that was not the case.

In the latest mail I was told to post my issue here (I don't quite understand why)
