Still no compensation for the launch issue, support not helpful

This is my last resort trying to communicate with EA. I was affected by the launch issue on EA app. Still haven't got the compensation they said they already issued. 

Pre-order, phantom edition, connected launch day, several times to check if the issue was solved, spent more than an hour in training grounds, even played some games in custom servers so by all they requirements I was affected.

After the announcement on the compensation I just waited to get mine. Then they announced that all compensations were issued so I contacted support to ask about mine:

Sagar (10/19/2025, 6:11:03 PM): Alright! I just discussed the issue with my team and I got to know that, we are receiving many contacts for the same issues recently and we have also reported the same with our studio team and they are working on it to fix this issue ASAP!

So no help from support that didn't even knew what I was talking about and now I get follow up email from support saying basically that everything is issued, that they no have more info so don't contact them about this. So basically that I' just screwed and have to take it:

The EA app issue that stopped players from accessing Battlefield 6 has been fixed. Thanks for your patience while we worked on it.

Anyone impacted by this issue should now have rewards in their inbox. Impacted players got: 

  • 12 Hardware
  • 12 Career 60-minute Boosters
  • full access to a Season 1 Battle Pass. 

If you bought the Phantom Edition, you’ll get Season 2’s full Battle Pass. 

To check your inbox, select the EA logo in the bottom-right of the main menu, then choose the Inbox tab. 

You’ll find everything but your Battle Pass in your inbox. You don’t need to do anything to access your Battle Pass—it’ll become available when your Season launches.

Very bad experience from EA in general. From the launch issue to all the follow up.

Anyone else haven't got their compensation or it was just me?

    Nope never got mine either, as far as I'm concerned EA has ripped us off after the promise of giving us these rewards, I know a lot of others from the gaming clan I play in also haven't received their rewards. I also tried to contact EA about this issue but total waste of time and just got fobbed off.  Disappointing really. So in regards to this I will not buy any Battle pass for this game, or skins or anything. At the end of the day it's EA that is going to miss out on more of my money.
