Stuck in downed state

I was playing Conquest on Blackwell Fields near obj. D and was downed by infantry fire. I used the "give up" option, but instead of dying and going to the redeploy screen, I remained in a downed state. I was unable to redeploy or ask for a revive, and my poor character just kept seizing onscreen. The match was almost over, so I waited to see if it would resolve. It didn't, and I stayed like that for several minutes until the match ended. Please fix.
