Support assignment 1 not Tracking

I’ve played different game modes, portal, intimation breakthrough etc etc and my heal teammates with support challenge (Support challenge 1) will not progress past 2947/5000 I’ve restarted the game, my console and yet nothing seems to work I’ve probs played about 2-3 hours worth trying to progress the challenge and nothing.
