Tier skipping in the new bonus path

what about when you actually got to buy the skips?`and your coins are gone, wnd you did not unlock anything?
will there be auto fix ? do we have to send email to support to get coins back?
will there be a hotfix so people get coins back and the unlocks?
your answer is vague.
i got to spend the coins, so it was clearly not disabled as you state.
and what about the coins that got spent double??

this is something i used my actual money on, i do not like that i lost the coins  and no unlocks.

Looks like it’s still not working? Just tried to skip and it took 300 coins.
