Where's my S2 Battle Pass Full access?

I preordered the Phantom Edition and was promised full S2 Battle Pass because I was affected by the issue that happened when the game was launched where we couldn't play the game for several hours.

EA promised us XP boosts and "access to Season 2's full Battle Pass". I got the boosts then but Season 2 is out now and the game is asking me to "UPGRADE TO BF PRO" instead of granting me the full access.
