XP boosters and season pass compensation are missing

Does EA will do SOMETHING? its like 18 days now and Support ticket was not even answered?? what joke this is. Better was not to promise something you cannot fullfill.. I watched for 7 hours this, reinstalled game 2 times.. did repairing file.. and from your side there was not even a communication that you can try to play on portal as workaround..
