Hello!
I’ve been unable to connect to Battlefield 6 since October 10.
I already submitted a support case (ID 88f3406c-272f-4ec8-8f6d-ec68e06953ea) and sent the requested troubleshooting.txt file two days ago.
However, I can’t access my case anymore — the site says that “advisors can’t reply to this issue.”
I’ve followed every EA_Vendera instruction (disabled IPv6, changed DNS, cleared EA App cache, restarted router and PC).
Still getting error 1:860015:51002S:57019S.
I’m really frustrated that this hasn’t been resolved since the 10th, and I’m considering a refund if there’s no progress soon.
Could someone from EA please forward this to the technical team or check the existing case status?
