Squad operations only

When selecting any game mode, only Squad Operations are loaded without the possibility of respawning.

I tried to connect to Conquest - Operations Squad is loading.

Tried Escalation - Squad Operations is loading.

Tried Breakthrough - Operations Squad is loading.

I tried the casual Breakthrough - loading Operations Squad.

WTF?!?!
