Stuck in Death

GAUNTLET Mode
At one point, I die and, as usual, hold down the spacebar to die, and I die completely.
But not this time.
Now my death bar has completely cleared, but I haven't died, and the dying sound froze.
I was kind of dead, but I couldn't die.

My allies also couldn't pick me up, even though they approached and tried.
It's a shame I didn't check whether the enemies could kill me or not; they ignored me while I was crawling.
