While playing the game I can hear the engine sound and music normally but I can't hear anyone talking(commentator, engineer ...).

On which platform are you playing? Were you able to hear them before, or have you never been able to hear them?

thank you for your answer. I am playing on PC. The issue started when I downloaded the game.
Okay so I found out what the issue was. For anyone having the same problem: Windows search bar > Change system sounds > choose your speakers and click "Configure Speakers" > Stereo (I had 7.1 Surround and it didn't work)
