F1 24 Online service error

Anybody else having this issue been going on for weeks now I've spoke to EA about this and I've gone through all troubleshooting with them and nothing is fixing the issues even they can't figure it out if anybody else as been having this issue and fixed it would be great to no what you tried thank you 😊
