I am aware no ERS deployment is already a known issue however am unable to play anything without ERS.

I've never had this issue. Can you post a clip of you trying to activate it and it not working?
I am also experiencing this issue. The game looks as if ERS is fully deployed, but the ERS indicator remains at 100%. I’ve seen this is a known issue - and that the brake pedal dead zone might be a workaround - but I haven’t seen an actual fix yet.
Not sure how this bit works, but the report code when I paused the game was ARGJ-ASJR-SKRB-PRBCDid you ever find a fix?
