this issue in general has been reported since prelaunch day almost instantly and only one topic is "need info". Its just ridiculous. Like 5-10% of the players (I believe) cant even get into the main menu and EA is just ignoring it.

This is getting real old with games I can't even play because the games crash my problem is when I try to load the game it takes 3 times before it plays then in a race 3 laps in it crashes it's becoming a trend with new release PC games these days

Spent more time crashing a re-doing everything than actually racing. Game is an epic waste of time still lacking triple screen support, let alone these issues with random crashes for a large portion of the player base. EA... this is brutal.

I had been having this same trouble since the game came out, but I've kept digging for potential solutions and I think I've found out what my issue was and hopefully it can help here. My game was always crashing somewhere between 1-5 minutes after startup and not providing an error message. As many have speculated, I believe this was the anti-cheat's issue. I found an Apex Legends post on their subreddit that's about 10 months old that has a list of applications that messed with that game's anti-cheat (also an EA published game). The list of applications are:
- AutoHotkey
- DS4Windows
- iCUE
- JoyToKey
- Keys2XInput
- Reshade
- MSI Gaming Intelligence
- Steelseries GG
- Daemon Tools
- THX Spatial
- Wireshark
I had both AutoHotkey and DS4Windows on my PC. I deleted both and I just went 25 minutes without a crash after trying F1 '25 again. If you're unsure if you have any of these items, I just used the search function within the "This PC" folder. AutoHotkey was also found within my control panel so you may want to check there.
I also have iCUE but I left it installed but did update it, not sure if that made a difference or not but figured it can't hurt to provide that info as well.
Hope this helps someone else!
