every time i try and launch the new f1 game on steam, it always shows the error message about no being able to run the game same time as this software, but i am not sure what software that is and i close everything down, restart the game and still does not work. when i uninstalled and reinstalled, the game worked, but when i went to customize my avatar, the game crashed and kept showing the same error message

Welcome to EA Forums, thanks for posting. You need to uninstall that interception software. Try this via the usual add/remove programs and then retry playing after a reboot. If the issue persists, try the following manual uninstall, thank you.
