[FC 25] "Game's Setup" Error - All Troubleshooting Steps Failed

I am writing to report a persistent technical issue with EA SPORTS FC 25 on my PC. Every time I attempt to launch the game, I receive the following error message: "There is a problem with your game’s setup. Please reinstall your game."

I have followed the instruction in the error message and have also tried every common troubleshooting method I could find online, but the problem still exists. I am completely unable to play the game.
