Game crashes

Hey EA Support,

I’m playing FC 25 on PS5 and the game crashes every time an in-game animation plays — like during goal celebrations, corners, free kicks, or yellow/red card animations.

I’ve already:

• Reinstalled the game multiple times
• Reset my PS5 fully
• Cleared cache and rebuilt the database
• Deleted all saved data

Despite all this, the crashes continue, even in offline Kick-Off mode.

Please escalate this issue or help me fix my EA cloud profile. The game is unplayable, and I really want to enjoy it again.
