Game error
Hi EA,
Since July 20, 2025, I’ve been experiencing frequent crashes during gameplay in FC 25 on PS5. The game works fine in menus, SBCs, and Ultimate Team menus. However, during actual matches — especially when animations are triggered like goal celebrations, free kicks, bookings (yellow/red cards), or corners — the game freezes and then crashes.
It also happens in the new Rush mode, especially after goals when the cutscenes show. After crashing, the system gives me this error code:
CE-100005-6
And a message saying: “Something went wrong with this app.”
I have already tried everything:
- Reinstalled the game multiple times
- Cleared cache
- Deleted saved data
- Rebuilt PS5 database
- Fully reset the PS5
This problem only happens with FC 25 — all other games run perfectly fine.
Please look into this as soon as possible. It’s been a full week with this issue and I can’t enjoy the game at all. Thank you.
