Career Mode bug(s)

Im playing career mode, and when i got transfer offers, i do not get a notification that i get the offer, and when the offer is withdrawn i do get the offer. please fix this bug it is really annoying. also, a bug that is in the game since the beginning, after a negotiation, the background music just randomly disappears. 

i would be thankful if these bugs can be fixed.
