Getting Kicked out game

I was just playing fut champs going 7-5 and leaved only 2 games and other just playing for 1/5 tots playerpick that for 13 playing matches and the referee Had whistled the game and I pressed okay and then I was suddenly out of ultimate team and it said I was left I got a clip of it.

please help me.
