Не получил бонусы за ULTIMATE издание.

Купил Utimate издание, получил героя в игре, но ни одного fifa поинта не получил, с покупки прошло уже больше недели, "входные" 2000 тоже не поучал.

Hello,
Two months ago, I purchased EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition from the PlayStation Store.
According to the game description, this edition includes 6,000 FC Points, but I haven’t received them yet in-game.
I’ve already downloaded and installed the game, and I’m playing using the same PSN and EA account that I made the purchase with.
Could you please check if my purchase was correctly registered as the Ultimate Edition and confirm why the FC Points haven’t been credited yet?
