I would like to express my gratitude for your policy towards old accounts and players.

I've been supporting your game since 2013, a long 13 years. During those years, there wasn't a single high-ranking player in UT. However, my opponents are quite good at picking off rare players. I spent a lot of time playing, and only experienced disappointment.

I tried to donate, but here's the catch: it still doesn't drop.

Every time you play actively to get better rewards, you accumulate packs and in the end you are disappointed again.

Thank you for the shadowban and your company's policies. Thank you for helping new accounts so people can stick around in the game. Other players like me will still buy the game, as I've been buying it since 2013 and will buy it again.
