CPU team declines Roughing the Kicker during OT.

I just played the Seahawks. They received the kick to begin Overtime and they  kicked a FG to take the lead with their first possession, but my team committed a Roughing the Kicker penalty. Instead of accepting the Penalty to give themselves a chance to win the game with a Touchdown, they declined the penalty and were content taking the FG and giving my team a chance to win. This is clearly a bug!!

    Had a similar (possibly linked) AI overtime logic issue where computer elected to kick a 54 yard FG to win sudden death (after both teams had already scored 7 in OT). Still 17 seconds left with 2 timeouts would definitely expect them to try to gain yardage before the FG try.
