Created Player not showing up in Franchise mode.

same issue. I noticed a created player has a contract of 0 years to start in franchise mode. I tried editing the player and the edits don't save, no matter what I try.

Thanks for the heads-up on the players disappearing from your roster. When you have the chance, can you share a bit more details so we can pass this along for a look? 

• Which platform are you playing on?
• What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, Steam ID, Epic ID, or Nintendo ID?
• What position was the player you created? 
• Are you using a roster imported from the Team Builder?

I’m on PlayStation 5. When I create a player and put him on the team and start a franchise the player is able to play one game but after disappears from the roster all together. Also I can not edit anything like his persona, uniform number ect.. I created a QB. My PSN is KOSDFT

My initial thought is that franchise attempts to reload the “Madden” roster over my created roster. That’s just an educated guess though haha

Gamer tag is gmanakag3, Playing on PS5, created player position is QB, no I'm not using a roster created from team builder.... just simply created a player from the creation suite added him to the team. Then started franchise mode with the imported roster. After one game or practice the player disappears 🤦🏽‍♂️.

Ps5 Gamertag is Killswitch138, I loaded a created roster, not a team builder roster. I had made some edits to real players that showed up in franchise mode with my loaded roster, but my created player was not there as a free agent until week 3, when I noticed him signed to a team finally. He wasn't listed on the F.A. list the first couple weeks. I ran multiple franchises to confirm the issue.

I am on PC, I cannot edit any created player once they are in Franchis mode. Cannot change contract, cannot change traits or abilities. And once you go into a game and exit it, the player gets completed deleted. This was creating a WR. But I have since tried to create every position and it is the same issue. This is a game breaking bug.

Same issue on Xbox. Gamertag: Canesville21. 

Greetings, my gamertag is BarryPonds704.  I’m on PS5.  I created a few players for my Franchise mode experience.  I only get to play one preseason game with them and then the players completely disappeared.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.  Rebuilt the database and all.  Still having the same issue.  Another issue I’m having is that when I turn off the salary cap, it still has a cap.  Not sure what to do, but until this is fixed Franchise mode is basically unplayable for me.  I’ll try to use team builder but the players won’t be on my team.  Also afraid of wasting time on the team builder if the players will disappear as well.
