Dynasty

Hello, so I have a saved dynasty that keeps erasing mu players. So, I created about 7 players. My offensive players are there but the ones on defense have disappeared. This is the third time it has happened and im tired of it. It's supposed to be saved to the cloud so how is this happening. My game itself keeps skipping and this has never happened. Why are players disappearing when thus stuff is save. I have the save roster they on there. And im on week 6. And it won't even let me switch onto manage roster. Why is this happening?
