Flea Flicker Pack Can't be opened

I got a flea flicker pack out of the bnd scary pack and I can't open it

Madden 27 Most Feared Flea Flicker Pack Won't Open I earned a Flea Flicker Pack from the Most Feared challenges, but every time I try to open it, I get the error "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." My other packs open normally, and I've already restarted my game. EA Help won't connect me to an advisor. Can someone look into this issue and help me get my challenge reward?
