Franchise screen freezing

Every time I open Franchise Mode I get stuck on a infinite loading screen when trying to start a season game.. I closed the game and rebooted it several times yet every time I start a season game in Franchise Mode it still gets stuck on the frozen loading screen.. 

This happened last year as well this shouldn’t be happening at all being that the game details, all the new mechanics and gear look great this issue NEEDS to be addressed.
