We're looking to gather some details to help us look into these reports. When you have the chance, please reply to this thread with as much of the following info as possible:
- Which console are you using? (PS5, PS5 Digital, PS5 Pro)
- What kind of tv do you have?
- How is your console set up? (horizontally or vertically?)
- What game mode are you playing when this happens?
- Where is your console located? (end table, the floor, etc)
- What settings are your running Madden NFL 27 on?
- Is there an SSD plugged into your console?

Xbox Series X. Samsung curved UHD tv. Vertically set up. Literally any game mode while actually playing a game. Doesn't happen in menus. End of my entertainment center with plenty of space for breathability. Performance. No SSD.
