With the link approach you could do this 2 ways
- have categories of issues and then link to individual posts (game crashing, franchise bugs, gameplay bugs, etc).
- You could just link to the bugs section itself. This way they can see that not one person from EA has responded to anything in over a week.
I think either way would be fine, although the 1st option is a lot more work.
