Yeah, linking isn’t a bad idea at all.
My thing is just sending an email to the CEO, COO, CFO etc. that complains about this type of thing is going to get their attention.
the #1 response from the corporate board should immediately be WHY are we getting this email?!?!?!? Who within our level 1 and level 2 customer support and technical support failed at their jobs to have led to us getting this email?
normally within big corporations it’s the job of the level 1 and level 2 support to specifically make sure this kind of stuff does NOT get escalated up to corporate….. so by us doing that and emailing 40 or 50 of their corporate employees it should at least let them know THERE ARE PROBLEMS HERE
The plan is to draft an email that doesn’t even mention specific bugs. It just mentions how poor their forum is, the lack of response, the fact that it seems like EA does not care, and how poor the overall customer support is. And then as an attachment to that main email, include some sort of listing (or links) to the major problems and bugs that are not getting addressed.
Hopefully some others are willing to contribute. Because to your point, just complaining without doing anything else doesn’t work. I’m ready to push this as far up EA’s ladder as possible and if they still don’t take action then maybe even reach out to the actual NFL in the same fashion. Let them know how poorly EA represents them and how EA doesn’t give a darn. Maybe that can create some static next time EA has to renew their licensing contract with the NFL. Maybe if we ruffle enough feathers we can get 2K back into the fold…… I’m game to put the leg work in. I already got about 50 contacts on the EA corporate level and I’m going to work on putting this email together once I get some help from others in identifying the bugs in detail, because obviously we can’t just say “the game doesn’t work” without any finer detail. If nobody else is willing to contribute then I can work on it myself albeit it will take some time…….. but none the less, I’m ready to kick up some sh.t lol
I will get this started, but I think you are going to end up doing a lot of this on your own. That was the main reason I mentioned linking to posts, because no one is going to do this besides me a maybe a couple others. But here we go:

- League Standings Not In Correct Order
When you go into the league standings the teams are not in order of their record.
- League Tab Not Showing Current Week
When you go to the league tab in Franchise mode, the weekly schedule is a week behind, as well as the teams record.
- D-Line Pass Rush Moves Don't Work Properly
When attempting pass rush moves, specifically swim/rip, the player does not react when the button sequence is carried out. I have tried on multiple levels, practices, games, and it doesn't work.
- Rush DT On Depth Chart Not Corresponding To On-Field Rush DT
No matter who you put at RDT, it will default to the normal DT on the field.
- Man Coverage Bug #1
Sometimes when a LB is in one-on-one coverage against a RB, the LB will start out with his coverage assignment, then out of nowhere decide to blitz the QB.
- Man Coverage Bug #2
CB Matchup by overall...Playing a version of Cover 2 Man...double team a WR with a Safety...the CB's will switch places every time. If I switch back to default Matchups, it never happens.
- On-Field Volume
The on-field sounds are almost non-existent. I have to turn everything else WAY down, and turn the volume WAY up to hear any tackles being made. I have made it better, but I have all the volumes at 30 and on-field SFX at 100.
- Offensive Lineman Not Blocking
There is a glitch/bug when the OT's sometimes just don't block the person in front of them. They are in a blocking stance, but they just back up and let the DE run right by them and don't even attempt to block them. It isn't like they just got beat. Both tackles acted like they were going to block, but didn't.
- CPU Depth Charts
The CPU depth chart doesn't have the best overall players in the depth chart. I have looked at many CPU depth charts that don't even have the depth chart filled out all the way, and when it is there are players with lower OVR above players with higher OVR at the exact same position.
- Moving Draft Prospects
So there has been an issue in Madden for 5 years that occurs when you first enter into editing the draft class, and you attempt to move a player up or down the board. It only happens the first time you try to move a guy, but it doesn't work. You have to go back and move him a 2nd time in order to actually move him.
- Physiques
The belly for the thin player body type doesn't look right, and the calf muscles for the thin and standard player should be flipped.
- PS5/Xbox/PC Overheating/Crashing
This will occur within minutes of playing the game, and causes the console to overheat and shut down without warning.
