IR not working right in Franchise.

Everything was working fine with IR in season 1, where players could come back when they were ready if put on IR during the regular season, but starting in season 2, it stopped working. 2 players were put on IR during the regular season in season 2, but neither could come off of IR when healthy. Then, in season 3, the first guy I put on IR was able to come off, but not the second. I'm not sure what exactly the issue is, but something is clearly wrong.
