MF cpu event keeps crashing

I’m experiencing the exact same issue, but on Xbox Series X.

On October 22, 2026, at approximately 1:30 PM ET, Madden NFL 27 crashed while loading the Most Feared Trick or Treat Level 4 event (Abyssal Parkway #1988).

Ever since, attempting to launch Level 4 produces the exact same EA server error you’re reporting.

I’ve spent hours troubleshooting, contacted EA Support repeatedly, and submitted multiple detailed bug reports with screenshots.

Here’s what’s particularly concerning:

My original failed event eventually registered a loss, allowing me to restart the event. I replayed the earlier levels, earned another Level 4 entry, and encountered the exact same problem again.

This demonstrates that simply resetting the previous event does not necessarily resolve the underlying defect.

Other Ultimate Team content works normally.

I’ve also received confirmation from other players experiencing similar issues with Levels 3 and 4.

We now have reports of this problem occurring on BOTH Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, suggesting this may be a broader server-side or event-specific issue rather than an isolated console problem.

Despite repeated EA Support contacts and detailed reports, I have received no official acknowledgment from an EA Community Manager, confirmed investigation status, or resolution timeline.

The most concerning aspect is that this is a LIMITED-TIME EVENT. Every day without a fix means additional lost opportunities to earn Candy, player rewards, and progression.

EA Community Managers: Can someone please acknowledge these reports and confirm whether the Madden development team is actively investigating this issue?

We are not asking for an advantage. We simply want access to a functioning event while it is still available.
