Please Help Us!!!

EA_Mako​ and EA_mplsnow​  Is there anything you can do to help us? All we want is to be acknowledged. We all paid for this game, and we deserve for the game to operate as intended. We aren't asking for a lot here. This game has been out for a month, and I cannot get through a game without a bug/glitch occurring. I cannot play man coverage on defense. I cannot rush the passer. There are so many things wrong with this game, that it is unplayable in its current state. Aside from not buying the game in the first place, what can we do? We have no recourse at all, and you know I have tried...and failed. I don't know what else to do other than to beg, which is humiliating. Just help us, please.

    Completely understandable jjdwyer30​, can't fault you for that at all.  

    We do still have additional Title Updates set to arrive, and while I'm not aware of the exact contents for each upcoming update at this time, definitely let us know how things are looking once the next one arrives shortly.

    We should have info up for that on the News page here as well as the forums Game Info Hub once it's locked in.

    EA_Mako​ Hey, thank you very much. I really appreciate it. It is really hard, when there are so many issues with the game. Sometimes we feel like we are screaming into the void and our frustration gets a little aggressive. I am trying to be patient, but it is difficult sometimes.

    The feedback and issues reported here are all passed along to the team, however we're not always able to acknowledge individual issues until provided specific updates or information about the solution(s), I'm afraid.

    That doesn't mean the reports and feedback haven't been noticed however, and we'll provide what information we're able when we can, sorry for the frustration.

    How is it possible that I have been more helpful to the community than the people who get paid to help us? Is your only job to make sure we don't swear, threaten legal action, or are mean to one another. You don't have to worry about us being mean to one another, because we all have a common enemy....EA. I have been on this forum for a long time, and I have had one guy get a little snippy with me, but he later apologized...Other than that everyone on this forum is awesome, and helpful. It is a great community, except for the fact no matter what we do, no one ever helps us.

    One of these days, we are going to get in touch with someone who actually cares, and detests what is going on in this company. I assure you it is going to happen. While I can't talk about it here, I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. I am not going to stop until this game is fixed, whether it is on your own accord, or you are forced to. I can promise you that. I am not going away. I have a ton of free time and a little extra money, and I will not stop until we get what we want...A game that works as it was intended. That is all we are asking for. But since you refuse to meet our extremely rational expectations, I will spend every free second I have to ensure we get just that.
