Pre order bonus abilities glitched

Is anyone else having trouble with the pre ordered abilities being completely locked and unable to buy. I equipped the college coach and I pre order mvp+ bundle in order to get the franchise advantage that I didn’t have in Madden 26. I wanted a jump start at the coach abilities and more specifically the abilities with speed & COD boosts. Unfortunately they are all glitched out for me. The playsheets are available but can’t pay to upgrade them. But as far as the abilities go I can’t unlock any. If I could open my franchise to show a picture I would but unfortunately my franchise is also dealing with another problem ea should hurry and fix. 
it also didn’t translate to NCAA that I’ve created a madden coach, so that ability is locked as well on NCAA.
