Premium Team Pass Purchase locked after launch.

After watching GMM, decided to sign into game at approximately 11:10 AM. Was immediately given prompt to choose a team. Found this a bit unusual as I had already done this with Early Release, and purchased that Premium Team Pass. I then suspected this was for the 2PM Official Launch & actual season. My belief was given credence with the new Premium Team Pass cost of 1000 points; the Early Release was less. At 11:14 AM I purchased the points needed, & bought the Premium Team Pass. I even received the instant rewards. (Microsoft confirmed the points purchase.) I checked some items, browsed menus & left. After signing in after official release, approximately 2:10 PM eastern, I was again prompted to choose a team. I then realized the Premium Team Pass was now locked. Please investigate as there is apparently an issue with Premium Team Pass resetting to lock status after game session ends. I currently have an open case with EA Help in regards to this matter.
